The two great loves of Priscila’s life are nature and art. Born and raised in the heart of the Mexican desert, she was surrounded from a young age by diverse and striking landscapes. The strength and creativity of all life forms as well as their lethal minimalism influenced as much her identity as her approach to art. When she moved to Canada in her teenage years, she had the privilege of being taught art by truly inspiring teachers, and her life has never been the same. In the last few years, she’s learned how to carve linoleum and wood, and how to make prints out of those carvings. Though she’s still discovering her style as an artist and will forever be a student of the arts, she hopes people will enjoy her work as much as she does.
